Should teachers paid according to the knowledge their students receive from them?

Nowadays, parents think that their children are not receiving the best education from their teachers and they usually put all the blame on them. Actually, are their kids making any effort to learn? Therefore, lots of people think that teachers should paid according to how much their child learns.

Firstly, it is a wrong thing by saying that all the teachers are the same, because not every teacher has the similar qualification. Occasionally, most teachers do their best to transmit the knowledge that students must know, teaching and giving them the best possible education. Nevertheless, according to my own experience, there are teachers who do not do a great job. I’m saying that because when I was little, I had an ignorant teacher who just came to class and did other things than giving classes, and we must have learnt everything by our own without knowing the sense in that subject (I do not give details, because it is not seeing well). I consider that it is a teacher’s job to teach well and to help their students to learn.

Notwithstanding teachers should make an effort as well as students. I think that every teacher for their subject could upload some kind of outline to help their students having an easily way to learn. Obviously, if a kid does not want to study, no matter how long the teacher spends his/her time in teaching him/her, he would never learn. Thus, if students receive the help they should need from their teachers, maybe the result will be satisfying.

Secondly, not every student has the same intelligence. What I mean is, if teachers were paid according to how much their students learn, that would be unfair for them, because not every student can study fastly and easily; there are some students with problems, such as concentration, nervousness, so on and so forth; and there are some students without any problems. In other words, each student has his/her own level of knowledge and this is another proof that teachers should not paid according to that statement.

In conclusion, I think that it would be a wrong thing to pay teachers according to the intelligence of  their students. But, should they paid according to the effort they make in teaching their students? That is the question. I do not know the answer of that question, the only thing I know is that God only knows what goes on with the human mind.
